All of us know the important about Leadership these days. Without good leadership company or institution won’t reach the objectives. The leadership’s key is with our exist we can impact peoples around us so that when we not in place people around us can feel the different atmosphere of our absent.

The core of leadership are to reduce poorness in every manifestation. Poorness can we define as no longer growing because there’s no chance/opportunity. We can fight the poorness by opened many opportunities. The way to opened this opportunity is by realize that we in poorness.

Leadership is the process of influencing people and providing an environment for them to achieve team or organizational objectives

  6. Leader create motivated ablaze element to face the changing. The leaders show reward and brave (than mock or blame other people) to they that willing to try the new things eventhough they can be unsuccess

  8. They always learn than blaming. The real leader try to create work environment that can support study atmosphere non-stop and also self-renew. They free to share artifice and their unsuccess.

  10. Leader be a model and upholding the value that never change. Leaders have highly professional standar and personal. They also appreciate the richness in variance and difference of their staff. They realistics. They not only said, “Do what I said, not as I acts”. Big Leader keep their commitment. Leader share their authority for make decision with other people in all organization. They understand the different between Power and Authority. Power is someone ability to do effective action. Authority is someone ability to control. Do you prefer to be inspire or being control?

Last word, Leadership not born just like that. They been created, built. Leaders collect their ability not in one time, but in years. Except for special case, effective leader usually in 30-an years or more. This happenned because of maturity process, learning, and experience needs time. (jn)
